About the role: 

Based in our lovely Ponsonby office, you will be responsible for supporting users and systems, keeping track of problems and resolutions, onboarding/offboarding users and documenting. 

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Triage and escalation or resolve tickets
  • Provide technical support via a range of support tools
  • Onboard and offboard staff
  • Document FAQ/Help guides
  • Maintain the asset register
  • Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution

About you:

Ideally, you will also have the following skills and attributes:

  • A relevant tertiary level qualification or equivalent experience
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience will be advantageous
  • Experience in the following will be advantageous:
  • MS Windows
  • M365 Support
  • Active Directory
  • Azure Fundamentals
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and excel at stakeholder communication
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information and concepts effectively
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effective organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage pressure to meet deadlines
