  • Attend and participate in school events including information nights, Career expos, and assemblies.
  • Manage onboarding processes and maintain ongoing communication with new and existing school partners.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Relationships to forecast trends and inform growth strategies in the VET space.
  • Represent Connect ‘n’ Grow with professionalism and uphold our values in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement—preferably within education, training, or health sectors.
  • A current QLD Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
  • A valid Employee Working With Children Card.
  • Previous experience in the VET sector RTO/GTO/AASN or QLD Secondary school (desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with Principals, teachers, and school staff.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering value to students, partners, and the wider team.
  • A genuine passion for helping young people access quality training and future career pathways.
