• Handle bulk requests efficiently to meet organisational needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our HR systems, ensuring information integrity.
• Triage the people inbox, providing prompt and effective responses to queries.
• Support the integration of new businesses into our HR operations.
• Serve as a super user of our people systems, providing training and support to managers.

• Experience: Proven experience in HR operations and administration, with a track record of leading teams and driving efficiency.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR systems and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
