About the role:  

The Campus Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. In addition, this role will involve coordinating facility maintenance and ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to.

Key responsibilities will include the following:  

  • Visitor and Communication Management: Greet visitors, manage the reception area, handle mail and deliveries, and efficiently manage phone calls and emails
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high service levels, act as a liaison between internal and external parties, and foster positive relationships with clients, visitors, and staff
  • Administrative and Business Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, managing campus information, coordinating ID/access cards, maintaining office supplies, preparing reports, and supporting events.
  • Facility Maintenance and Safety: Conduct daily facility inspections, address maintenance issues, oversee repair projects, ensure cleanliness, support safety checks, and implement maintenance programs.
  • Health and Safety Oversight: Assist with health and safety activities, ensure compliance with emergency procedures

About you:  

  • At least three years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated understanding of the business requirements and best practices.
  • Good stakeholder communication skills, and proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Self-motivation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, as appropriate, and work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
  • First Aid trained, or willing to be trained.
