About the role: 

This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the Senior Marketing and Campaigns Manager across a range of marketing activities for our New Zealand schools, brands, and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns alongside the Senior Marketing and Campaigns Manager.
  • Content creation.
  • Rolling out branded materials across our portfolio
  • Briefing and designing creative for print, digital, and OOH assets.
  • Supporting web content updates and copywriting.
  • Creating engaging nurture email campaigns for prospective and current students.
  • Overseeing the coordination and delivery of key events such as open days and expos.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaigns.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with Marketo, Power BI and Canva preferred.
