Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role 

As a Student Administrator, you will be responsible for upholding excellent customer service and delivering an exceptional student experience by ensuring that all student enrolments are processed both accurately and efficiently with a student-centric approach to all subsequent tasks. This role reports to the National Sales Manager and the Administrative Team Lead. 


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Student Enrolment processing - ensuring paperwork is completed and compliant with TEC rules and policies; Complete Studylink VOS; Ensure CRM process is completed 
  • Fee Collection Management – Public Trust accounts are created and up to date ; Manage student fees in a timely manner 
  • Team Collaboration – work with wider sales team ensuring support where needed 
  • General administration & Customer Support 
  • Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate records; Issue confirmation letters and invoices accurately 

 

Ko wai koe | About you 

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the education sector. 
  • A background working in health sector environments (i.e. at clinic/hospital) is highly advantageous!
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Solution focused approach to challenges. 
  • Commitment to a student-centric approach in all interactions.
