About the role:

This exciting Marketing Coordinator opportunity forms a key support layer to coordinate marketing activities to support the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager and Marketing Manager.

You will be focused on supporting the delivery of a broad range of marketing activities as well as, from time to time, supporting on Campaign Activities when we are in campaigning mode. 

The role requires the ability to multi-task as you will be working on multiple projects at once. You will also need some copywriting and design skills, excellent project and production management skills, a keen creative eye.

Some of your key responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Help coordinate and execute key events like open days and expos   
  • Managing social media calendar and responding to enquiries
  • Assist in designing or briefing creative for print, digital and OOH marketing assets.  
  • Support the Web Content team with website updates and copy writing  
  • Finance Support - raise and receipt PO’s, coordinate budgeting as needed 

 

About you:

  • You've got at least two years under your belt doing marketing magic, and you know how to juggle tasks like a pro  
  • Experience in managing social media pages ideally across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Your comfortable putting your personal stamp on projects that showcase your creative brilliance. 
  • An eye for design and know your way around tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Canva 
  • Ability to assess and feedback on creative concepts 
  • Comfortable liaising with sales team and business units on key marketing elements 
  • Ability to form close relationships with our team’s core stakeholders – campus staff, sales staff, and finance.
