About the role:

This role entails providing support to ensure smooth and efficient business processes, aligning policies with regulatory requirements, maintaining consistent service levels, and upholding compliance standards at all times. Training on processes will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

Regulatory and compliance

  • Stay up to date with requirements (Education Code, NZQA, TEC, MOE and INZ); Incorporate any updates into daily operations;
  • Engage with governance bodies and relevant stakeholders; Guarantee compliance regarding enrolments (visas, insurance, accommodation, etc)

Daily Operations

  • Respond to and resolve incoming emails;
  • Maintain a high level of service to support students and liaise across departments for solutions;
  • Management of international student social events on campus;
  • Input student data in SMS, organise homestay & accommodation, finance procedures- invoicing, etc.
  • Admin tasks – arranging staff/student cards, office supplies, any other business requirements            

About you:

  • At least a couple of years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated understanding of the business requirements and best practices.
  • Experience using CRM, Artena, SELMA, or any other SMS is preferred
  • Good stakeholder communication skills, and proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin would be highly regarded
  • Self-motivation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, as appropriate, and work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
