Location: Callaghan Campus and Hunter Research Medical Institute, New Lambton Heights.

As the Strategic Bid Coordinator (Health & Medicine), you will develop and coordinate competitive funding applications for major health and medical research initiatives benefiting the Hunter region and beyond.

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating collaborative bids, using effective engagement strategies and communication to inform, guide, and motivate various audiences.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to developing stakeholder engagement strategies and assisting with writing and editing proposals.
  • Work with subject matter experts and senior leaders to ensure initiatives align with the University and HMRI.
  • Enhance research excellence and impact.

This fixed term position is full time until October 2026, and will be located at the Callaghan Campus and HMRI.

The remuneration for this position is from $112,112 to $130,798 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
