As Campaign Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support our domestic postgraduate enrolment targets.

You will bring together teams, ideas, and data to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a data-driven annual campaign plan that leverages paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define campaign priorities and identify target audiences.
  • Work closely with our external media agency, to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on target.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $99,655 to $112,112 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

  1. A degree with a least 4 years’ subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in marketing postgraduate programs in the higher education sector; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training.
  2. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns (paid and direct) across various mediums, applying statistics, benchmarking and market intelligence to influence plans and to inform the development of campaigns.
  3. Working knowledge of how to use digital marketing metrics, data analytics, monitoring suites and dashboards to inform campaign development/optimisation.
  4. Outstanding interpersonal skills including the capacity to build strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present project plans, reports and findings to stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated high-level organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines, priorities and stakeholder demands.
