As Student Success Assistant, you will support various administrative functions aimed at enhancing student success. You will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to supporting student engagement and retention efforts.

In this role you will:

  • Assist in diverse administrative tasks to support student success initiatives.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to students through various channels.
  • Assist with events, activities, advice, and support for students through their onboarding and orientation.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $71,626 to $77,858 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

  2. Demonstrated high level of customer service and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  3. Well established interpersonal, written and communication skills, including the ability to participate in a team environment demonstrating clear communication and mutual respect.
