The Role

We are seeking a highly professional Corporate Driver (Chauffeur) to provide expert transport services and confidential courier support for the Vice-Chancellor and President, senior staff, and distinguished local and international guests. This role requires a discreet, well-organised, and reliable professional who can manage complex itineraries while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and service.

You as the ideal candidate will bring:

  • Extensive knowledge of Sydney’s roads, traffic conditions, and key locations.
  • A strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate and plan for complex travel schedules.
  • A clean and current driver’s license with an outstanding driving record.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • A team-oriented approach, with experience managing and coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders.
  • A polished and professional demeanour, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

This fixed term position is full time at a HEW 3 Higher Education Level located at Callaghan Campus.

  5. An understanding of the requirements of a confidential office and the capacity and willingness to always maintain such confidentiality at all times.
  6. Knowledge of, and experience in adhering to workplace policies and procedures in the areas of work health safety, equity, diversity and promoting a respectful workplace culture.

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a Working With Children Check.
