As Executive Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Pro Vice-Chancellor Student Experience (PVCSE) and the Student Central Unit. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation of the unit, and supporting the development and delivery of strategic projects.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the diary, engagements, and day to day requirements for the PVCSE, including drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and actions arising, and coordinate the submission of reports.
  • Work in collaboration with professional staff across Student Central to support projects and assist with the operational priorities.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

You will have:

  • Proven high-level administration and executive support experience in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, and experience maintaining high levels of sensitivity and confidentiality.

 

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $77,858 to $90,316 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
