This is a great opportunity to take full ownership of a legacy coffee brand with national reach and strong consumer equity. As Senior Brand Manager for Robert Harris, you’ll lead how the brand shows up across our franchise café network and support activity in grocery retail, with the autonomy to shape brand direction and deliver to the plan.

- Owning and executing the marketing calendar for the brand
- Campaigns and promotional planning
- NPD launches and comms
- ATL, BTL, and in-store execution
- Customer engagement
Where the role sits and how it connects?
The role reports into the UCCNZ General Manager, with a dotted line to our GM Marketing, giving you clear ownership at the business-unit level while being supported by a wider team of experienced marketing professionals. You’ll be backed by a commercially sharp leader with strong marketing expertise- someone who understands what it takes to build brands and will both support and challenge you to deliver with impact, precision, and pace. You’ll also work closely with internal teams, franchisees, contractors, and agencies to bring the brand to life in market - balancing creativity, commercial thinking, and follow-through.
What you’ll bring to the table?
You’re a brand marketer with solid experience driving both strategy and execution- someone who can connect the big picture with the detail and get things done well. You’ve launched NPDs, built campaigns, and know how to engage a wide range of stakeholders- from franchisees to agencies and internal leaders. And the rest….
- 5 years in a Brand Manager equivalent role.
- Experience in QSR marketing preferred, FMCG, foodservice, retail is desirable.
- A solid understanding of both brand building and retail activation.
- Experience managing ATL & BTL media, creative development, and agency partnerships.
- Strong communication, planning, and commercial acumen.
- Confidence managing budgets and performance metrics.
- The ability to adapt and lead in an environment where you’re encouraged to challenge the norm and push for better.
