Step into an exciting IT Service Technician role where no two days are the same at UCC Coffee! In this position, you’ll take the lead in resolving helpdesk tickets and providing essential support to team members, ensuring their technical needs are met with efficiency. As a key player in our IT operations, your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Setting up laptops, phones, and user accounts for new employees.
  • Supporting Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Microsoft cloud infrastructure.
  • Assisting with IT project work and contributing to process improvements.
  • Maintaining the helpdesk queue and ensuring timely, customer-focused resolutions.
  • Documenting fixes, troubleshooting processes, and creating user training manuals to build a knowledge base that employees can access to resolve common issues.
  • Providing in-person and remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and ensuring comprehensive solutions.

While you’ll need to be proactive and self-motivated, you’ll be supported by a team that values growth, collaboration, and innovation. This role primarily involves working at our North Strathfield office, with occasional rotations to two other sites as needed, offering variety and exposure to different environments. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills in a corporate setting while reporting to a manager who is not only highly knowledgeable but also approachable, supportive, and brings a great sense of humour to the team—a key reason why this role is so rewarding!
