About the role:
As our Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain operation, including logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and supply planning. This role involves ensuring the seamless flow of products and materials from suppliers to customers, while driving continuous improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels. You will lead and mentor our supply planner, warehouse team, and logistics partners to meet operational goals, ensure timely delivery, and support the company's growth objectives.
High-level, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the logistics, warehousing, and inventory functions.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams to drive operational efficiencies and meet customer demand.
- Overseeing supply planning, including procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Managing supplier relationships and performance, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
This is a full-time position working 38 hours between Monday-Friday.

Key Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, including logistics, inventory, and procurement.
- Proven leadership and people management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Good understanding of supply chain systems and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with international suppliers and partners.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly regarded.
