About the role:

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain performance and driving impactful business decisions?

As our Operations Analyst, you’ll provide critical analytical support to our Operations team, influencing everything from raw material planning to logistics and operations reporting. Collaborating with teams across the business, you’ll ensure seamless processes and deliver actionable insights that fuel our growth.

High-level, your responsibilities include:

  • Support key business decisions through analysis of demand, inventory, and product performance.
  • Manage raw material and finished goods planning for Australia while collaborating closely with the New Zealand team.
  • Generate reports on supply chain performance, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.
  • Work with cross functional teams in Operations, Sales, and Finance to align demand forecasts and supply plans.
  • Identifying opportunities for supply chain improvements, cost savings, and process efficiencies.
  • Use ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for inventory analysis and reporting.

Who are we looking for?

Are you known as data-driven and detail-oriented with a customer centric approach to your work? Do you have 2 years or more in supply planning, logistics or analytics within consumer goods? Working with ERP systems and Excel will come naturally to you, as will your ability to problem solve and communicate collaboratively with others. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or demand planning systems. You’ll also have a curious mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights too.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours between Monday-Friday.
