Start Date: April 22nd, 2024 and onward

Location: North Vancouver, BC - Fully On-Site position

Contract Length: 10 week contract


Our client is moving office locations, and they are seeking a Help Desk contractor to come in and assist with workstation set up, software downloading and troubleshooting, onboarding internal systems, and working with employees coming from remote positions and transitioning them into the workspace at the new location in North Vancouver! This role is a 10-week on-site term. 


 Qualifications: 

  • 1 year of experience within a Help Desk/Network Administrator position 
  • Experience with Troubleshooting/Software Downloading
  • Eager individual ready to learn, professional experience is a plus, but our client is ready to hands-on train the fitting candidate! 


Responsibilities: 

  • Workstation set up
  • Onboarding Internal Systems
  • Software Downloaded/Ready
  • Help Desk/Troubleshooting Issues
  • Ensuring the desk stations are wired properly
