We are looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated and has a passion for all things customer orientated.

Supported by the Senior CRM Specialist, this role will be responsible for the end to end coordination of all marketing campaigns across their brand portfolios.

This is a fantastic opportunity to receiving hands on support furthering your development in email + SMS marketing, assisting in customer acquisition, developing lifecycle programs, customer insights, as well as general database maintenance + reporting within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

ABOUT THE ROLE…

  • Work collaboratively alongside the Brand Marketing team, Online and Creative Teams to develop and execute the email marketing programs for a portfolio of brands.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaign process through from briefing to creative asset approval, and deployment with best practice recommendations and guidance on send strategy and segmentation.
  • Keep up to date with and drive best practice recommendations for email marketing.
  • Conduct A/B testing strategies for insight and learnings to ultimately improve performance of the channel.
  • Assist in the development of new customer Lifecycle & Automation Programs within Marketing Cloud to deliver on the CRM Objectives for each brand.
  • Campaign and database level reporting, to provide insight and performance recommendations.


ABOUT YOU…

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun and family. As well as this, the following attributes, skills and qualifications will contribute to your success in the role:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in similar role with focus on or incorporates email marketing
  • Degree-Level qualification, in Marketing or Marketing-related discipline (or similar)
  • Proven on-the-job experience in project or campaign management
  • Hands on experience working within CRM Database + Marketing systems and implementing Automation campaigns.
  • Desired (but not essential) experience using Salesforce Platforms and Tools: Sales Cloud (Classic + Lightning), Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder + Einstein features).
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to analyse data for trends, actionable insight, and strategy recommendation opportunities.
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to display experience managing competing priorities and tasks.
