We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial processes and compliance in Australia and New Zealand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performing team in a role that is integral to our continued success.

The Role

  • As the Finance Manager, you will:
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes across all functions.
  • Ensure all TA accounts align with internal policies and external reporting requirements
  • Manage compliance reporting for Australia and New Zealand, including FBT, GST, and Income Tax.
  • Lead the external audit process and ensure accurate, timely delivery of reporting requirements, including the Board Pack and Management Pack.
  • Act as the primary contact for financial matters, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving meaningful change in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Review balance sheets and financial reports to ensure accuracy and reliability before distribution to the business.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA (highly desirable).

Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior finance manager role, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting.
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations IFRS, compliance, and risk management.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse financial data

Leadership and Management

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and be able to collaborate across departments.

Communication Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
