About your new Role:
We are growing and looking for another Assistant Portfolio Manager. You would be joining a supportive team of likeminded individuals doing the following:
- Preparation and help manage commercial property lending opportunities
- Administration of the loans through their life cycle - these are high value commercial loans
- Cash flow forecasting for loans including finance modelling
- Liaising with different stakeholders internal and external
About you
You see property fund management as your career path and will have;
- Strong numerical and financial modelling skills - this is your super power
- Ability to talk with major stakeholders - you are a good communicator
- You may have some experience in the commercial property development sector - that would be great but most likely you would have only just started your career
