  About your new Role  

This role involves managing financial administration, treasury reporting, reconciliations, investor distributions, and supporting the preparation of financial reports and audits for Trilogy’s managed investment schemes.

  • Manage day-to-day financial administration, including data entry, payments, investor distributions, reconciliations, and bank postings.
  • Prepare and maintain cashflow forecasts, monitor finance covenants, and assist with the wind-up of funds as needed.
  • Handle treasury and finance reporting tasks, including daily unit price reporting, direct debit transactions, redemptions, and weekly reconciliations.
  • Support the Group Accountant with corporate entity reconciliations, including bank accounts, accruals, intercompany invoices, and ATO Activity Statements.
  • Assist in preparing annual and half-year financial reports and ensuring audit requirements are met.

 About you  

Armed with a degree in finance and limited experience you are looking for a role that will give you the opportunity for more experience. You will have knowledge and some experience in the following:

  • Financial administration skills, including data entry, payment processing, reconciliations, and bank postings.
  • Proficiency in cashflow forecasting, monitoring finance covenants, and fund wind-up processes.
  • Expertise in treasury and finance reporting, including unit price reporting, direct debit transactions, and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of corporate entity reconciliations, including bank accounts, accruals, intercompany invoices, and ATO Activity Statements.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and supporting audit requirements for annual and half-year reporting.
