About your new Role
This is a busy role that is integral role within the finance team will help manage the day-to-day financial administration of Trilogy’s managed investment schemes.
· Processing of supplier payments and monthly investor distributions
· Reconciliation of monthly income and expenses
· Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
· Bank reconciliation preparation and posting of data into the accounting system
· Assist in preparation of rental and accounting schedules
· Calculation and payment of management fees to the Responsible Entity
· Preparation of monthly and quarterly Activity Statements and other ATO lodgements
· Maintenance of cashflow forecasts and ongoing monitoring of finance covenants
· Preparation of monthly board papers
About you
You will be used to a busy environment and will most likely have just graduated with an Accounting degree:
· Finance degree
· Have full working rights - this is a full time permanent position
· Hands on approach to work
· Had some exposure to working in some sort of financial role
