Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Leading and managing the testing team, coordinating multiple initiatives, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance and Process Implementation: Verifying the quality of deliverables, implementing test processes in Agile and Waterfall frameworks, and managing testing tools.
- Mentorship and Development: Directly managing and mentoring Test Analysts, building a high-performance team, and developing test team capabilities.
- Release Management and Metrics Analysis: Understanding release management, planning, governance, and analyzing metrics to improve release practices.
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Interfacing with TPG business, vendors, project owners, and managing key delivery stakeholder relationships.
Your Skills:
- Leadership and Management Experience: Over 3 years of experience in leading/managing a team and 10+ years in Testing/QA.
- Quality and Delivery Expertise: Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions within complex engagements, meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Metrics and Reporting: Skilled in collecting and assessing metrics for budgets, schedules, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting progress against project requirements.
- Tool Proficiency and Strategy Definition: Experienced with various testing tools and defining/reviewing test strategies, vendor estimates, and test practices.
- Telecommunication Industry Knowledge and Interpersonal Skills: Desirable experience in the telecommunication industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in acquiring new technical knowledge.
