TPG Telecom has recently announced the sale of its fibre network infrastructure assets and enterprise, government and wholesale fixed business. Over the coming months we will undertake detailed separation and transition planning to prepare for this exciting transaction and ensure our teams and customers are supported through this process.
Your opportunity:
As our valued Change and Communications Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering change and communications opportunities. You’ll draw on your proven application in change management methods to lead change management activities to deliver a consistent experience to stakeholders.
This is a 12 Month FTC.
You'll make impact by:
- Lead Change Management: Apply agreed methodologies to deliver consistent stakeholder experiences.
- Create Effective Materials: Develop impactful materials to enhance Separations Projects in Enterprise, Governance, and Wholesale (EG&W).
- Assess and Diagnose Change: Evaluate the scope and impact of changes, interventions, or improvements.
- Develop & Implement Change and Comms Plans: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute comms and change management plans, customer journeys and address impacts.
- Engage Stakeholders: Ensure stakeholder buy-in and lead engagement, including communications, training, and readiness.
- Mitigate Risks and Realise Benefits: Identify risks, prepare mitigation tactics, and ensure benefits are realised within constraints.
What you’ll bring:
- Solid skills, understanding and proven application in change management methods and principles
- Experience in applying the required disciplines to design and lead people and organization transformational change programs.
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Strong commercial understanding and business acumen.
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with organisational goals and project deliverables.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; written and verbal.
- Extremely strong stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to ‘manage up’.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Certification in a change management discipline.
- Proven application in embedding strategies that require culture change.
