Your opportunity:
As our valued Reporting & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing reporting, insights, and analytics across the organisation. You’ll draw on your strong analytical skills, creativity in data visualisation, and the ability to align reporting with different audience needs.
You'll make impact by:
- Create engaging visualisations – Develop clear, compelling, and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate insights to different audiences.
- Tailor reporting to stakeholder needs – Ensure insights are structured appropriately for executives, finance teams, operational leads, and other key audiences.
- Transform data into actionable insights – Use advanced data visualisation techniques to enhance understanding and decision-making
- Partner with Finance & IT Planning – Ensure financial and operational reporting is accurate and aligned.
- Monitor key metrics & trends – Provide proactive analysis of financials, KPIs, and status updates.
- Develop high-impact executive presentations – Deliver visually engaging reports for the CEO, ELT, and Board.
- Structure insights for leadership audiences – Translate complex data into concise, digestible formats for senior stakeholders.
- Innovate reporting frameworks – Identify and implement new ways to visualize and present data for clarity and impact.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills – Ability to translate complex datasets into compelling, actionable insights tailored for different audiences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, data management, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Expert in data visualisation – Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms to create engaging reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence methodologies and governance frameworks.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Proactive problem-solver – Able to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
