Your opportunity:

As our valued Capability Facilitator, you will build the capability of our employees through the delivery of exceptional learning experiences. You will work with various parts of our business facilitating training sessions in many disciplines depending on business needs. This role will support the design and quality of learning programs by providing learner feedback as well as insights from learning impact assessments. You will work with Capability Business Partners as well as Learning Solution Designers to bring programs to life.

You'll make impact by:

  • Deliver high energy impactful training programs. Facilitate with Passion!
  • Facilitate and support the development of training materials related to induction, product, process, systems, leadership, and soft skills.
  • Provide learning impact and learner feedback insights to wider capability team to support continuous improvement and planning.
  • Be a team player within the People Experience team and provide support to other members of the team as required.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in training role or similar.
  • Experience in a Sales/Retail role or similar.
  • Related Bachelor’s degree or other qualification is advantageous.
  • A consultative approach and strong facilitation skills.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively across functions and locations in conjunction with business needs.
  • Some travel may be required on an as needs basis.
