Your opportunity:

As our valued Product Owner, you will play a vital role in leading the execution of the felix digital product roadmap. You’ll draw on your excellent ability to understand our digital customer needs to be able to lead with a 'customer centric' mindset.

You'll make impact by:

  • Understand digital customer needs through continuous customer analysis 
  • Design to delivery of fully developed products which fulfils digital customer needs and optimises the customer experience (including pricing) 
  • Drive features that are sought after by customers and the market. This will include identifying, capturing grooming and prioritising product requirements 
  • Perform in-depth competitive analysis to ensure our digital product represents industry best practice 
  • Drive a customer first mindset within the wider delivery and support teams 
  • Working closely and effectively with back end delivery teams and building working relationships with its members, including Network teams 

What you’ll bring:

  • Passionate about digital, eCommerce and self-service technologies 
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, trends and tools to drive the performance of the product 
  • An understanding of UX principles and the importance of customer-centred design practices 
  • Experience creating user stories that provide sufficiently detailed requirements for development and test teams. 
  • Solid understanding of data analytics (ideally GA360 and MixPanel) and how to use data to make informed decisions 

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Telecommunications experience 
  • Experience defining and developing new digital B2C products in It's rapid growth phase 
  • Exposure to online customer self-service payment and applications
