Your opportunity:
As a People Experience (PE) Consultant you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, advice and coaching to all people within the Technology department in relation to all a PE related matters. This role will predominately cover advisory and operational support to managers, as well as projects aligned to the broader People Experience and functional objectives and people strategies. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
You'll make impact by:
- Assisting the Head of People Experience to deliver a broad range of PE operational activities which are aligned to the broader People Experience and functional objectives and people strategies. This includes but is not limited to; remuneration reviews; enabling performance and people surveys.
- Work with the Head of People Experience to develop and implement people strategies that support high performance and engagement within the Technology function.
- Develop a close working relationship with the Technology team and the People Experience team to gain a commercial understanding of business strategies and people requirements and support their effective implementation.
- Drive the employee experience and ensure leaders are accountable for the employee experience and the engagement of their people.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- The ability to build relationships and gain trust with stakeholders and influence.
- A broad working knowledge of generalist HR processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
