Your opportunity:

As our valued Senior Product Owner - Pega & NBA, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of our transformation program through your extensive experience in product/platform management with a focus on Next Best Action.

You'll make impact by:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) & our Next Best action capabilities to deliver business objectives.
• Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritising enhancements and new capabilities based on delivering real value through business impact and meeting customer needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer and the NBA expert, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders, as well as facilitating user testing and feedback sessions.
• Manage a team of NBA analysts who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical teams to translate their requirements into Pega CDH technical requirements.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in product/platform management with a focus on Next Best Action, recommendation/decisioning engines or related platforms.
• Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritising enhancements and new capabilities based on delivering real value through business impact and meeting customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in using adaptive & predictive modelling to augment rules based decisioning frameworks to curate customer experiences across multiple channels.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to inspire and mentor team members.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pega CDH experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
