Your opportunity:
This leadership role is crucial for developing and executing the Operating model for the Separation program, ensuring the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) is carried out smoothly and that remaining services thrive.
The role supports the Future of Fibre Operations Transition Lead in fulfilling TSA commitments for Technology Services before and during the Transition period. The Future of Fibre program is significant, with various technical, operational, and commercial complexities.
The Separation Operating Lead ensures the Separation program is prioritized without compromising support for both In Perimeter and Remain Co services. They will create key documents to support and complete the TSA.
Success requires excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and proven technical, operational, and commercial experience. Strong leadership is needed to bring all stakeholders together to complete the TSA.
This role is part of Technology Service Operations, responsible for Managed Service engagement as outlined in the TSA, and supports the Operating environment of services before and after handover to TPG.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 10 years working in Technology Operations with at least 5 years within the telecommunication industry.
- At least 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership/program director role.
- At least 10 years’ experience negotiating in a Commercial capacity, significant value programs/contracts.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven thought and execution leadership qualities with a collaborative engagement style.
- Ability to adapt quickly, be a self-starter, work effectively with multiple groups, and follow issues through to resolution.
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to easily develop new relationships with both internally and externally.
- Ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders within TPG, facilitating accountability and production of appropriate artefacts to support the program.
- Ability to build high-performing teams, maintaining shape and effectiveness through change.
- Excellent budget management skills.
