Your opportunity:

As our valued Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a vital role in providing strategic financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support key business decisions and optimise financial performance. Reporting to our General Manager of Finance FP&A, you will lead a team of finance experts and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis within the organisation

You'll make impact by:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive financial planning and analysis framework aligned with TPG’s strategic objectives.
  • Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop accurate and achievable financial targets.
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and new business opportunities.
  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Driving the development and implementation of financial models and forecasting tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of financial analysis and reporting
  • Collaborating with business leaders and functional teams to develop performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to monitor financial performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of financial planning and analysis specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions that may impact financial performance and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Continuously improving financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the Telecommunications Industry or a related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a track record of providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key drivers and challenges within the telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
