Your opportunity:

As our valued Test Manager, you will play a vital role leading and managing the testing team in the execution of functional, non-functional testing and customer readiness validation (customer journey experience, look and feel, cross browser and device) for all changes delivered for TPG Websites and Mobile Application(s) within budget and schedule. You’ll draw on your direct management experience to ensure testing targets are achieves and standards are kept.

You'll make impact by:

• Direct management and mentoring of Test Analysts.
• Building a high-performance team in accordance with TPG principles.
• Supervising and direct leadership of testing team activity ensuring targets are achieved and standards are kept.
• Verifying the quality of deliverables in TPG developed (and Vendor sourced) solutions and ensuring the delivered solutions meet the technical and commercial needs of the business.
• Implementation of new and existing test processes to facilitate successful delivery of testing services in an Agile and Waterfall framework.
• Management and ownership of TPG testing tools.
• Interfacing directly with TPG business, vendors and project owners for understanding and creating testing best practices.
• Management and development of test team capabilities, prioritisation/coordination of testing activities and providing expertise in test analysis.
• Management of resources efficiently within and across multiple project schedules.
• Being an escalation point for testing teams in order to resolve issues or mitigate risk.
• Improve the test infrastructure, processes and systems to increase the efficiency and effectiveness.
• Delivery of mobile device testing.
• Relationship management of key delivery stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage testing projects, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically about security risks and their potential impact.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
