TPG Telecom has recently announced the sale of its fibre network infrastructure assets and enterprise, government and wholesale fixed business. Over the coming months we will undertake detailed separation and transition planning to prepare for this exciting transaction and ensure our teams and customers are supported through this process.

For this we will require a Legal Admin/Contract Management specialist to provide essential administrative and contract management support.

You'll make impact by: 

  • Reviewing incoming contract novation’s and providing concise summaries, highlighting key terms and conditions for the legal team’s review.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the contract approval process, including ensuring all relevant stakeholders review and approve documents in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and organising contract files, ensuring all relevant documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assisting the Contract Manager with the administration of contracts, including tracking contract timelines, milestones, and obligations.
  • Assisting in legal aspects of the separation and transition process related to the proposed transaction.
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team, including co-ordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling general queries, managing correspondence and preparing reports.
  • Working closely with internal teams and consultants to support legal aspects of business operations and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a paralegal or administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies or issues in contracts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
