Your opportunity:

As our valued Content Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the overall vision and customer experience within our digital environment. Your primary focus will be on crafting content for our self-service app, while also having the flexibility to contribute to web and eCommerce journeys. You will create content that is useful, valuable, and consistent with TPG Telecom’s Digital Tone of Voice.

You'll make impact by:

  • Develop UX content for our self-service app, web, and eCommerce platforms, focusing on the online purchase and self-service journeys
  • Engage with stakeholders and project teams to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable content solutions
  • Participate in project and transformation initiatives, balancing user and business priorities with a pragmatic approach
  • Demonstrate the ability to rapidly switch between initiatives while maintaining high-quality output
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, working independently to drive results, meet deadlines and seek approvals

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in content development for digital products, particularly in self-service applications and ecommerce journeys
  • Strong background in project and transformation initiatives, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities
  • Experience working in an agile environment and comfortable participating in agile rituals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams
  • Strong collaborations skills and the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders to deliver relevant solutions

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Demonstrated ability to distil complex ideas and explain them clearly in customer-facing copy that aligns to UX best practices
  • A pragmatic approach to balancing user experience with business objectives
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to switch contexts rapidly and adapt to changing business needs
  • Engage with developers for shoulder-checks to ensure technical feasibility
  • Present ideas and content strategies confidently to stakeholders
