Your opportunity:

As our valued Technology Lead for API & Core Services, you will play a vital role designing cloud-based APIs and integration services using Agile development methodology. This role involves hands-on software development and technical leadership within the integration domain and the broader BSS Digital & IT function at TPG Telecom.

You'll make impact by:

• Lead the development of the solution by working closely with business stakeholders.
• Support a range of technology and business projects, adapting to varying project sizes and technical needs..
• Solution maintains and improves customer experience.
• Supports and improves key performance indicators around performance and availability of the applications.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.
• Mentor and support the professional development of team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in software development, testing and architecture preferably in integration background
• Extensive experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot and other open-source frameworks
• 2-3 years’ Agile experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
• Solid engineering experience using Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, CFN etc.)
• Strong exposure to API First Development approach.
• Hands on experience on AWS Cloud platform 

Ideally, you will also have:

• Experience in Kubernetes cluster and Docker containers
• Apigee API Gateway
• Expertise in various AWS service offerings like SQS, Kinesis, Lambda, API Gateway, Managed Service for Kafka etc.
• Experience with full stack development and implementing highly resilient and scalable solutions.
• Experience in development languages and frameworks such as Python, NodeJS.
