Could that be you?

Your opportunity:

  • Provide training to new starters as part of on-boarding process and current team members
  • Create Project Management baseline
  • Setup Financial Trackers, Risk Registers and Change Control Logs / Attend CRB meetings
  • Establish Tools and Systems in support of ongoing project management delivery
  • Monitor routine progress reporting, and support delivery teams in preparation and submission of accurate and timely reports
  • Assist Technology Operations Programme Delivery teams in updating risk, issue and change control information
  • Support Project Managers in monitoring project status and risks
  • Provide coordination/administration service to program and project teams including
  • Facilitate quality review process for programmes or projects, as necessary to comply with PMO processes

What you’ll bring:

  •  Previous experience in a project environment and reporting experience is essential
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly regarded
  • Strong skills in the daily management of high volume, time critical documents with high accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Excellent time management skills

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast moving and changeable environment
  • Ability to organise others and ensure process is maintained
  • Ability to run a small size project
