Your opportunity:

As our valued Technical Project Manager you will play a vital role motivating a large team of people during the duration of the project and motivating themselves to stay focused on-task outset as part of the agreed TPG Enterprise roadmap. You’ll draw on your analytical skills to appropriately evaluate project metrics for informed decision making and problem-solving capabilities to deliver the desired outcome. 

You'll make impact by:

  • Identify the key stakeholders inside and outside the organization required to define and deliver projects. 
  • Establish the project structure to engage all required stakeholders for all phases. Monitor the engagement of these stakeholders through the Project lifecycle and implement changes where required. 
  • Create clear and attainable project objective, ensuring scope for projects is clear and tightly managed. Work closely with Enterprise Network Services Solution Team.
  • Assist with risk management processes for the project to manage the risk profile.
  • Develop and maintain contingency plans where required and agreed. 
  • Establish the communications for the project to engage all stakeholders. 
  • Assist with developing a resource profile to ensure the right people, facilities, and tools are available when required. Highlight critical resource requirements and develop plans to mitigate any associated risk. 
  • Manage components of the project financials including Purchase Orders, invoicing, and capitalization. 
  • Provide reports showing the status of the project against agreed plans and budgets.
  • Maintain a library of project documentation and minutes of project meetings.
  • Providing a quality assurance role ensuring that projects are well managed and adhering to appropriate standards and good practice. 

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years’ previous experience as Technical Project Manager or similar management position. 
  • Understanding/experience of fixed products to deliver Enterprise Network Services projects.
  • Works effectively in the face of stress, ambiguity, difficult situations, and shifting priorities all while championing the long-term architectural view.
  • High level understanding how Enterprise corporate products utilize the BNG in a broadband network.
  • Strong technology professional background. 
  • Understands the need to shift focus and priorities as required and successfully lead others through periods of change. 
  • Accountable for the delivery of outcomes, striving to meet and exceed the expectations of customers. 
  • Ability to capture business and technical requirements to drive project decisions and steer outcomes
  • Be able to understand the high-level application components that are essential to build Fixed Enterprise products.
  • Core Fixed Network
  • Provisioning (BSS/IT)
  • Monitoring
  • Operational support 

Ideally, you will also have:

·      PMP certification (desirable)
