Your opportunity:

As our valued Solution Architect, you will play a vital role in designing and driving strategic change programs grounded in a people-first approach. You’ll draw on your expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud suite, technical leadership, and systems integration to effectively implement change management activities.

You'll make impact by:

• Leading the solution design and implementation that covers E2E technical macro design of Oracle ERP Cloud suite and/or other non-Oracle support function systems (i.e., Jedox, WorkViva, Payroll systems, MS Dynamics, etc.) to meet the program requirements.
• Developing or reviewing both functional and technical specifications related to Oracle ERP Cloud suite and non-Oracle support function suite of systems.
• Overseeing the implementation and leading a technical team and Systems integrator to deliver build, testing, deployment of Oracle ERP Cloud suite including HCM, SCM, PROC, Fin, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ODI, ATP DB, VBCS, Cache, Queue, Object Storage, etc., in line with the requirements of the program.
• Providing expertise around Oracle ERP Cloud workflows, security setups, and data migration and separation.
• Reviewing and validating scope, statement of work (SOW), cost estimates for the delivery of the stream.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle ERP suite (HCM, SCM, PROC, FIN, Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI, ODI, ATP DB, VBCS, Cache, Queue, Object Storage, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to work with and manage a Systems Integrator.
• Well-versed with SaaS configuration elements, reporting capabilities, and integration ability within Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.
• Experience in Jedox, WorkViva.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• A proactive approach to staying up to date with Oracle ERP Cloud suite’s releases and patches.
