Your opportunity:

As our valued Oracle Functional Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful configuration, implementation, and optimisation of Oracle applications. You’ll draw on your expertise in Oracle application configuration, business process analysis, and system integration to deliver effective and efficient solutions that meet our business needs.

You'll make impact by:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and users to understand the business processes and requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle applications.
  • Configuring Oracle Finance and Procurement modules according to the defined business requirements, including setup and customisation of workflows, reports, and user interfaces.
  • Conducting thorough system testing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the configured Oracle applications, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Providing end-user training and support to enable smooth adoption of Oracle applications, addressing user queries and issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure proper integration between Oracle applications and other systems or third-party applications.
  • Participating in the design and implementation of business process improvements, leveraging Oracle applications' capabilities and best practices.
  • Staying updated with the latest Oracle product releases, features, and industry trends, and provide recommendations on leveraging new functionalities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, working across at least one Oracle Fusion implementation across all stages of; design, configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across various functional domains, such as finance, procurement and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle applications, including defining workflows, user interfaces, reports, and security settings.
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle application modules and their interdependencies.
  • Experience in conducting system testing, identifying and resolving defects, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business scenarios and translate them into Oracle solutions.
  •  Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Oracle certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Certified Professional.
