Your opportunity:

The Change Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end change program for a large-scale business separation and transition program. This role will be responsible for designing and driving the strategic change program to support a variety of changes impacting teams across the organisation.

Sitting within the People Experience Change & Planning team, this role will ensure the alignment of change interventions in the context of broader change occurring across the organisation to ensure a seamless change experience for our people. You will work as part of the program working group, and engage daily with organisational senior leadership, business stakeholders and impacted employees. This role is an 18 month Fixed Term Contract.

You'll make impact by:

  • Effectively lead the delivery of the separation and transition change program for relevant areas across the business.
  • Evaluate, develop, plan, document and deliver end-to-end strategic change management for the program across relevant parts of the organisation. This includes:
  • Undertaking change impact assessments, stakeholder management (mapping and engagement plans), learning needs or knowledge transfer assessments, communications planning and delivery (in partnership with our Internal Comms team) and people business readiness assessments.
  • Designing data informed change recommendations and interventions to create a seamless experience for the employees impacted by the change.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders and program leaders to design change effectiveness strategies including resistance management and defining and tracking measures of success.
  • Identifying and providing ongoing visibility of change impacts and risks, collaborating with stakeholders to define and manage risk intervention and mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking program effectiveness and success, implementing continuous improvement strategies, active feedback loops and producing required reporting and recommendations.
  • Management of all change reporting accountabilities for both the program and Change team.
  • Design and deliver other activities to support the change efforts as required such as manager readiness, sponsor plans or change agent programs.
  • Drive leadership change capability uplift, through coaching and designing and delivering bespoke change leadership tools and resource.

  • Experience leading a separation, merger or acquisition change program.
  • Adaptive leadership skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to make the complex simple.
  • Strong organisational skills adept at navigating and managing complexity.
  • Strong relationship skills that you leverage to drive desired business outcomes.
  • The confidence and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience applying a range of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to deliver successful change programs.
