About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our team on a full time basis and lead our practice towards continued success. This will be a 6 month fixed term maternity leave cover, with the view to extend.

The Dental Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of our dental practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, including adherence to health regulations and industry standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while maintaining exceptional service quality.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise staffing needs, including interviewing, training, and scheduling, to optimise team performance and meet patient needs.
  • Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing stakeholders, and actively seek new business opportunities to enhance the practice’s presence in the community.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of dental procedures, office management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
