About The Role
Impression Dental Group is looking to appoint an experienced Regional Operations Manager to drive growth and performance within our network. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact our expansion and success.
Our new Regional Operations Manager requires a diverse skill set - you need to be adept at managing multiple locations, understanding various market dynamics, and prioritising patient satisfaction while also driving financial success. In addition to experience, qualities like leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster a positive organisational culture with Dentists, Practice Managers, and support staff are key.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue and business performance, showcasing an ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- A track record of establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to interpret financial reports, including P&L statements, and maintain budgets. Capable of evaluating and reporting on relevant business information.
- Strong commercial acumen including strong compliance and WH&S knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Aptitude for problem solving
- Proficient in using MS Office suite including Excel
- A happy, positive, and enthusiastic attitude that inspires and motivates others

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Carnegie, however most of your time will be devoted to being in practices coaching leading and mentoring your team to achieve success.
