Chef - CY Precinct

Located in Piara Waters, CY O'Connor Precinct is home to five unique venues including a bustling pub, a cocktail bar, and a steakhouse.

We're on the search for an exceptional Chef with a passion for everything to do with food to join our pub!!

What the role is about

• Support the Head and Sous Chef in the day to day operation
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Food preparation and presentation
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and compliance internally and with health regulations
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients from suppliers
• Able to work multiple sections and flexibility with hours

Who are we looking for

• Proven experience in a similar role (essential)
• Standout attention to detail and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate
