We partner with some of New Zealand’s most iconic café, retail, and out-of-home brands to deliver market-leading roasted coffee. From bean to cup, we’re redefining what great coffee looks like and our Roastery at Twenty-Three is where it all comes together.

Your focus

This is your opportunity to lead some of New Zealand’s most recognised coffee partnerships across convenience, QSR, and foodservice - with real purpose, autonomy, and visibility. You’ll bring sharp commercial thinking, intuition, and energy to the table and be empowered to act. Your leader will enable your success from day one – offering a wealth of knowledge, experience, and support while giving you the space to own outcomes. Here, your decisions matter. Your impact is real. And your career trajectory? Yours to shape.

Day to day, you’ll drive the strategic direction of your accounts - shaping joint business plans, leading commercial conversations, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll influence contract terms, contribute to tenders, and translate insight into action. Every decision you make will reflect both the customer and the business -balancing partnership with performance. Supported by cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Training, and Machinery, you’ll deliver a seamless, high-impact customer experience, leading with intent at every turn.

Your profile

You might be in a key account or field sales role today, but you’re ready to step into something more strategic - a role where you can build lasting partnerships and drive outcomes that go beyond product. Because here, we don’t just deliver coffee - we deliver a full solution: insight, equipment, service, and support.

You’re commercially confident, intuitive, and grounded. You act decisively, back your judgement, and know when to escalate. You think strategically, navigate complexity with clarity, and have corporate maturity. You bring a long-term view and make decisions that influence both the customer and the business.

You’re fluent in commercial metrics, comfortable working in Excel and P&L discussions, and naturally curious about what drives performance. You lead with a mutually beneficial mindset, bring energy to every interaction, and know how to turn insight into action that moves the needle.
