As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operation whilst motivating the team to deliver a high-quality food and dining experience.

About you:

  • A Hands-on leader with a proven track record
  • Experience running a busy kitchen doing between 150-250 covers a night
  • A real passion for the industry and the food you deliver to the guests
  • A high level of initiative, with the desire to bring new ideas and suggestions to the table
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
  • Strong background within a busy kitchen - minimum 3 years full time
  • Has the ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised
