As a Guest Services Team Member, you will be at the heart of our guests’ experience, working closely with medical professionals, clinical staff, and external providers to coordinate top-tier recovery programs. If you love engaging with people, staying organised, and creating a calm and supportive environment, this role is for you.

Full-Time or Permanent Part-Time considered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional guest care by ensuring a smooth and supportive experience before, during, and after their stay.
• Coordinate clinical services alongside our expert team, ensuring seamless scheduling and program adjustments.
• Engage with guests through administrative tasks such as inductions, feedback collection, and program reviews.
• Create a welcoming environment that fosters recovery, dignity, and comfort for our guests.
• Manage logistics for guest appointments, activities, and consultations.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and confidentiality in patient records and processes.

About You

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Have experience in administration within mental health, addiction, or healthcare services.
• Are a compassionate and professional individual who thrives in guest-facing roles.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support both guests and staff.
• Are highly organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Have strong IT skills and experience with platforms like Slack, Best Practice, or Podio.
• Hold relevant qualifications and certifications, including First Aid & CPR, a Blue Card, and a valid driver’s licence.
