About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Manager Procurement, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes and systems to enable accurate, timely and properly approved purchasing, digital cards and employee expenses. You will maintain supplier records and Internal catalogues for the company-wide business purchasing function. The role is responsible for managing a small team of procurement officers, identifying cost saving opportunities and monitoring purchasing compliance. The role will also provide administrative support to strategic sourcing and tendering activities and contract renewals as required. Key Responsibilities of the role include:

This role is a hybrid role working from home & 1-2 days Box Hill office. The role is permanent Full Time with renumeration set at a YMCA Managers Grade 1; $96,621.00 plus super package.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have three or more years in an administrative role in either Finance, Procurement or a related area. You will have a high level of initiative and self-motivation with the ability to motivate others, individuals and groups. Key skills and attributes include:

Mandatory Pre-Requisite Qualifications
· Certificate or Diploma in Finance or studying towards a Diploma or Degree in Finance or related discipline or relevant years of experience in a similar role
