We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly, who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care, and Healthcare organisation is seeking new team members to join their Aged Care team.

No experience is required.

We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new residents.

You will be offered a 24-month contract, for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment.

What we are seeking:

  • Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain

  • Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week)
  • Good communication skills
  • Want to work and care for the elderly?
  • Prepared to learn (on the job and in class) to complete your traineeship in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021)

Shifts

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00am to 10:00pm.

You chose your days and hours.

To begin with, you will be offered Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm, until you complete your fast-tracked accredited training units and your on-the-job has been signed off, you can start working Personal Care shifts, which start from 7:00am.

  • Ability to listen, build a report, and work with a range of clients and other staff
  • Complete documentation
