Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation is seeking new team members to join their local team in the region.
No experience is required, we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support, and you will be paid to attend buddy shifts, regular shifts, and training days. Full on-the-job training provided.
We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community services.
When you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks. As you progress, you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more!
What we are seeking:

- Willingness to learn and work
- Ability to pass a National Police Check (we will get this for you)
- Ability to pass and receive a Working with Vulnerable Persons Card (WVPC)
- Have a current NSW driver's licence
- Have a reliable, registered vehicle, with full comprehensive insurance; and
- Have regular availability
- Be an AU, NZ Citizen, or Permanent Resident to access State Funding for the course/program.
Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 9:00am to 4:00pm.
You will be visiting (clients - aged care) in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:
- Domestic Assistance
- Shopping trips
- Personal Care (dressing, showering, grooming, etc)
- Meal Preparation
- Transportation
- To & from Medical Appointments
- Social Activities
- Respite
- We are seeking people living within the local area
- Willingness to learn
